Connetics build and maintain substations, overhead and underground lines and associated distribution network equipment. We also provide engineering design and consultancy services. Put more simply, we keep the power on 24/7.
But it isn’t what we do that sets us apart, it’s how we do it.
Our safety vision is that we are a place that is actually safe, and we have the courage and openness to achieve this. Our work philosophy is “Connetics Differently”, where we focus on understanding work and creating the environment where work is actually safe. Our Health and Safety Committee and Work Improvement Teams, comprising of frontline staff, meet regularly to discuss how work is going and explore ways of doing things differently, more effectively, more safely. From the chief executive to the newest apprentice we’re one team and relationships are based on mutual respect. We’re honest and open to the ideas of others and we’re all on a first-name basis.
